Dr. Ashburn attended medical school at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis, Tennessee, completed his residency training in internal medicine at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and his fellowship in pulmonology and critical care medicine at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis, Tennessee.
