Hamilton Diabetes and Endocrinology Center recently began practicing at Hamilton Health – Murray Specialty, 1422 Green Road, Suite D, in Chatsworth.
Brooke Green, a nurse practitioner, is practicing at the new location on Tuesdays. Green is board-certified in advanced diabetes management and a certified diabetes educator.
Hamilton Diabetes and Endocrinology Center offers comprehensive diabetes and endocrine services, including clinical management of diabetes, thyroid and other endocrine issues. The Dalton location also provides diabetes education and consultation on nutrition education to help control diabetes.
Since 1995, the American Diabetes Association has recognized Hamilton’s diabetes program for quality patient education in accordance with National Standards for Diabetes Patient Education Programs.
Medicare and most insurance plans cover two hours of diabetes education and two hours of nutrition education every year.
Hamilton Diabetes and Endocrinology Center is also located in Dalton, Ringgold and Calhoun.
