The Diabetes and Nutrition Center at Hamilton Medical Center is a comprehensive program designed to help you maintain the delicate balance to control your diabetes with the proper nutrition, medication, exercise and control of stress.

Since 1995, the American Diabetes Association has recognized our diabetes program for quality patient education in accordance with National Standards for Diabetes Patient Education Programs.

We offer a complete program of treatment and consultation services by Certified Diabetes Educators who can help you control your diabetes, rather than it controlling you. Our educators work with your physician to develop a treatment plan that can improve your life today and reduce the risk of complications later.
