He also completed his cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology fellowships at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. These problems are resolved through medications or minimally invasive procedures such as cardiac ablation or the insertion of a pacemaker or defibrillator.
“I grew up in a family of healthcare professionals. My father was a physician, and my mother was a physician’s assistant. Some of my earliest memories were spent in their clinic. Even at a young age, it was easy to appreciate their incredible relationships with their patients and how much of an impact they made on the lives of others. That was something I aspired to do as well. Now,
as a physician myself, nothing is more gratifying than performing a procedure and having my patient return home the same day feeling better.”
Dr. Dunn and his wife grew up in the North Georgia/Chattanooga area. In their spare time, they enjoy hiking and exploring the outdoors.
