Kyle earned his doctorate in physical therapy from Loma Linda University in California in 2016. He now lives in Cleveland, Tennessee, with his wife and three children. He worked as an outpatient physical therapist for five years before joining Hamilton Spine Health and Sport. He has trained under the direction of Tom Boers, MT, since 2022.
Kelsey Cameron, M.S., BCBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Anna Shaw Children’s Institute in Dalton, Georgia. Kelsey is currently the lead board-certified behavior analyst. She administers assessments, provides parent and staff training, and supervises Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians while they provide ABA therapy for individuals on the Autism Spectrum. She also provides direct services. Kelsey has experience in early intervention.
Dr. Dustin Johnston is an internal medicine physician at Hamilton Physician Group-Primary Care-Dalton, located inside the Medical Plaza in Dalton, Georgia. He attended medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, Georgia, and completed his residency training at Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, Georgia.
Dr. Johnston has the goal of helping his patients live healthy lifestyles. He aims to discover the root cause of health issues and treat the whole body. As an osteopathic physician, he uses hands-on osteopathic techniques to address multiple medical conditions.
In his spare time, Dr. Johnston enjoys playing guitar and camping outdoors with his family.

Stephanie Baker, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and Lymphedema specialist at Bradley Whiteside Rehab in Dalton, GA. Stephanie has been a physical therapist for over 12 years and has spent many of those years working for Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, GA and Atrium Health Navicent The Medical Center, a Level 1 Trauma Center in Macon, GA. She obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Emory University in 2010. She is currently enjoying her work as a Certified Lymphedema Specialist and working with Oncology patients.
Brianne Terry, PT, DPT is a physical therapist at Bradley Whiteside Rehab in Dalton, GA. Brianne is a 2010 graduate of the Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program of University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. Brianne has had the pleasure and opportunity to serve the local community as a Physical Therapist at Hamilton Medical Center since 2010. In 2011, she transitioned to the role of Inpatient Supervisor, and most recently in 2019, Brianne transitioned to her current role of Rehab Care Manager serving both acute and outpatient settings. “I’m thankful for the opportunity Hamilton Medical Center and Bradley Whiteside Rehab has provided to me as I have grown both professionally and personally over my tenure. In my spare time, I am the proud wife and mother to 3 children who keep me on my toes.”
