Lisa A. Duhaime, MD is a board-certified oncologist at Peeples Cancer Institute in Dalton, GA. She received her medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine in Toledo, Ohio. She completed her residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Mich., and a fellowship at H. Lee Moffit Cancer Center at the University of South Florida in Tampa.
“I chose to become a doctor because I felt that it was what God had for me to do with my life, and every day that I get to come to work and take care of patients is a blessing,” Duhaime says. “Every patient that I meet has something to teach me and to help me grow to be a better person and doctor.”
