Jessica attended Armstrong State University, where she obtained her clinical doctorate in physical therapy in 2016. Jessica is certified in dry needling and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. She has trained under the direction of Tom Boers, MT, since 2019.

Joseph Snyder, PT, DPT
Joe attended the University of Georgia and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology before earning his clinical doctorate in physical therapy from Georgia State University in 2021. He is originally from Grayson, Georgia, and now lives in Dalton. He previously worked as an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist before joining Hamilton Spine Health and Sport. He has trained under the direction of Tom Boers, MT since 2022.
Kyle Leeper, PT, DPT
Kyle earned his doctorate in physical therapy from Loma Linda University in California in 2016. He now lives in Cleveland, Tennessee, with his wife and three children. He worked as an outpatient physical therapist for five years before joining Hamilton Spine Health and Sport. He has trained under the direction of Tom Boers, MT, since 2022.
Stephanie Baker, PT, DPT, CLT
Stephanie Baker, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and Lymphedema specialist at Bradley Whiteside Rehab in Dalton, GA. Stephanie has been a physical therapist for over 12 years and has spent many of those years working for Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, GA and Atrium Health Navicent The Medical Center, a Level 1 Trauma Center in Macon, GA. She obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Emory University in 2010. She is currently enjoying her work as a Certified Lymphedema Specialist and working with Oncology patients.
Brianne Terry, PT, DPT
Brianne Terry, PT, DPT is a physical therapist at Bradley Whiteside Rehab in Dalton, GA. Brianne is a 2010 graduate of the Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program of University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. Brianne has had the pleasure and opportunity to serve the local community as a Physical Therapist at Hamilton Medical Center since 2010. In 2011, she transitioned to the role of Inpatient Supervisor, and most recently in 2019, Brianne transitioned to her current role of Rehab Care Manager serving both acute and outpatient settings. “I’m thankful for the opportunity Hamilton Medical Center and Bradley Whiteside Rehab has provided to me as I have grown both professionally and personally over my tenure. In my spare time, I am the proud wife and mother to 3 children who keep me on my toes.”
Tom Boers, MT
Tom Boers, MT is an orthopedic manual therapist at Hamilton Spine Health and Sport located inside Bradley Wellness Center in Dalton, GA. Tom graduated in 1974 from the Amsterdam Academy for Physical Therapy, and graduated in 1977 from the School for Manual Therapy in Utrecht, The Netherlands. He is a Fellow with the American Academy for Orthopedic Manual Therapist (AOOMPT) since 2001 and has dedicated his career to Orthopedic physical therapy with an emphasis on spine problems.
Tabitha King, PTA
Tabitha graduated from the physical therapist assistant program at Chattanooga State in 2014. She is an LSVT BIG certified clinician who works with Parkinson’s patients. She also works very closely with our vestibular certified PT to treat our post-concussion and vertigo patients. She stated, “I love the atmosphere here at Bradley Whiteside Rehab! Our clinic is unique because we have the ability to provide one-on-one evidence-based treatment to all of our patients. These one-on-one treatments allow me to make personal connections with and goals for my patients to maximize therapeutic outcomes.” In her spare time, she loves being outdoors hiking, kayaking, and spending time with family.

Alex is currently the Lead Physical Therapist and Supervisor at Hamilton Medical Center for their outpatient physical therapy department. He attended Loma Linda University in Southern California where he obtained his clinical doctorate in physical therapy in 2015. Alex further specialized in orthopedics by completing a residency in 2017 where he obtained his dry needling certification.
Daryl Fagan, PTA
Daryl has been a physical therapist assistant for 22 years with the last 20 years being here at HMC. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Science with a concentration in exercise physiology from Covenant College in 1997. He then pursued an applied associate’s degree from Chattanooga State’s physical therapist assistant program. He enjoys working with aquatic and orthopedic patients. In his free time, he enjoys riding bikes, Frisbee golf, and family adventures.
Elisabeth Gay Rice, PT, CHT
Gay is a cum laude graduate of Georgia State University. A native Daltonian, Gay has over 35 years of experience providing physical therapy to patients in the Dalton area. She is a Certified Hand Therapist and has an interest in all orthopedic conditions. Gay is also a certified LSVT BIG therapist. LSVT BIG is a specialty program for those with Parkinson’s disease. She is on the board of directors for Camp Juliette Low, Inc., an independent, non-profit camp for girls. Gay is the current president of NWGA SORBA, a trail advocacy organization. In her leisure time, she enjoys hiking, bicycling, and traveling.
