Health and Rehabilitation Options Through Hamilton Long Term Care
Each Hamilton Long Term Care facility focuses on a specific care specialty. By doing so, we are able to offer a level of specialization that is unavailable to most other long-term care centers.
Each of our four health and rehabilitation centers is equipped for specialized care needs.
