Scoring for the tournament will be done using the Golf Genius app. Please enter player/team information on the app.
- $1,500 per foursome
- $400 per player
- Mulligan $10, one per player
- Red Tee $10, one per player
- Designated Drive $20 (group) • Provided by guest driver on designated hole
Entry fee includes golf cart, lunch, gifts, commemorative team photo, and awards reception after tournament.
*$300 per player is tax-deductible

Golf awards and prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams in all four flights.

The Farm is a prestigious golfing community located in Rocky Face, Georgia. The challenging course was designed by Tom Fazio in 1988 and is one of the most sought-after courses in the Southeast. Tucked in the foothills of Mount Sinai, this 7,012-yard par-72 course will be sporting autumn’s majestic colors during this fall golf outing and promises to challenge even the most gifted golfer.
The Whitfield Healthcare Foundation is a not-for-profit philanthropic organization that accepts charitable gifts that support and advance the quality of health services provided by Hamilton Health Care System. Community leaders serving on the Board of Trustees cultivate charitable gifts through various projects, including the Golf Invitational. Proceeds from this event will benefit Hamilton Cardiovascular Institute at Hamilton Medical Center.
