Dalton, Ga.– Westcott Behavioral Health has moved Outpatient Services to the Medical Arts Building, 1109 Burleyson Road, Suite 201, from its previous location in Hamilton Medical Center.

Westcott Behavioral Health offers evaluations and referrals, Individual counseling, family and couple counseling, substance abuse/addictive behavior therapy and bariatric weight surgery assessments and counseling. The center offers psychological testing completed by clinical psychologists. Testing options include counseling and psychological testing for concerns related to personal adjustment, learning problems, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorders, and vocational/career choices for children, adolescents and adults.

Staff members include Gary Tester, LCSW, outpatient coordinator; Elizabeth Day, Ph.D., licensed psychologist; George Karasievich, Psy.D., licensed psychologist; Chandra Fears, LCSW; and Patricia Nix, secretary.

Westcott Behavioral Health also provides free lectures to community groups on relevant topics related to alcohol, drug, emotional and psychiatric problems for children, adolescents and adults.
