Dalton, GA – Press Ganey Associates, the health care industry’s top satisfaction measurement and improvement firm, has named Hamilton Ambulatory Surgery Center (HASC) a 2006 Summit Award Winner.

The Summit Award, Press Ganey’s most prestigious award, recognizes top performing facilities that sustain the highest level of customer satisfaction for three or more consecutive years. HASC has ranked in the 99th percentile, among the very best out of over 900 centers throughout the nation, for patient satisfaction.

“This award is a clear sign that we’re doing what’s right which is taking care of our patients,” explained Richard Fromm, MD, who serves as Chairman of Hamilton Surgeons’ Management Company. “And it reinforces that we’re doing what’s right in the right ways, which means staying focused on their comfort and unique needs.”
