Classes have recently begun, but because of a rolling schedule, participants can start any time in the program. Currently, there is a Monday class from 11 a.m. to noon and a Tuesday class from 6 to 7 p.m. Additional scheduling options may be available. Classes meet once a week.
Each week, a different topic will be covered by registered dietitians. Program facilitators are Kari Intemann, RD, LD, and Elayna Roberts, MHS, RD, LD.
The program includes: food and caloric measurement, meal planning, creative ways to exercise at home, mindful eating, eating out, navigating the grocery store and more.
